La Tagliatella is the result of more than twenty years’ experience specialising in the traditional cuisine of the Italian regions of Piamonte, Liguria, and Reggio Emilia.

Positioned in the “Fine Casual Dining” sector, La Tagliatella is the leading restaurant brand for company and franchise development in Europe currently with 170 restaurants – and growing – in Spain, France and Germany. From 2010 through 2013 we have opened over 90 restaurants in five countries around the world achieving a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 7,49% annualy. More than 9 million customers last year enjoyed the genuine taste of Italia in our restaurants. In 2009 La Tagliatella was awarded the European Foodservice Summit Concept Award, one of the most prestigious catering prizes in Europe.

That’s why we scoured every corner of Italy in search of the best ingredients, textures and flavors: from Parmigiano Reggiano cheese D.O.P., cured in caves for 24 months, to our pizza dough, prepared with two different types of grains to achieve its particular flavor and consistency, or the tasty “semi secco” tomatoes from Puglia.
