Franchise Requirements

At La Tagliatella, the heart of our system is the ability to leverage distribution of top quality ingredients essential to the delivery of a unique food experience at an affordable price to our clientele. Our artisanal kitchen creates sauces, desserts and pastas from these products to insure uniformity and quality as well as a business model meant to address high labor and real estate costs.  Accordingly, we are looking for business partners capable of leveraging this system by committing to open multiple restaurants within a given geographic area.

Criteria for consideration:

•    Individuals or companies with proven hospitality experience in the market, an entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge of the local business/culture and a network of contacts or infrastructure to facilitate the development of the brand in the territory.

•    Ability to commit to and find funding for a multi-unit development plan as we agree upon given the size and opportunity in the desired territory.

•    Compatibility with the La Tagliatella and AmRest culture.
